Tony Flores comes to Three Rivers Physical Therapy with over 14 years of experience as a practicing PTA. He grew up in Farmington (including graduating from Farmington High School) and received his degree from San Juan College. You may see him and his family playing in local sporting events and riding their mountain bikes.
When you work with Tony, you get a compassionate therapist committed to your health. As Tony often says, "If you are willing to put in the work, I will give you all the tools and support you need to get you out of pain and back on track — no matter what the injury or how long you've been hurting."
Dr. Wesley Hyde is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Proffesions in Provo, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Movement Science from Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
Dr. Hyde has always enjoyed working with people and knew that he wanted to use his passion for physical activity and education to help others in need. His focus is to help his patient's regain function and to promote the adoption of a more active lifestyle. He also strives to provide each of his patient's with an individualized evidenced based approach that will help enable each patient to take back control of their lives. Dr. Hyde's favorite clinical topics include all types of orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical care. Dr. Hyde is certified to perform Dry Needling and has seen great results since incorporating this into his practive. His favorite part of being a physical therapist, however, isn't treating conditions and body regions it's treating and developing relationships with people of all walks of life.
In his spare time, Dr. Hyde enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two kids, attending and participating in his church, playing and watching all sports, being outdoors, food, exercising and traveling.
Graduate from Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Texas Tech University. Originally from a small town in Colorado and moved to Farmington, NM in 2016. I am passionate about helping people and desire to assist them in reaching their full potential. Trained in Functional Dry Needling.
I am believer and follower of Jesus Christ, love to spend time with my family, barrel race and do any outdoor activities.

Natalie Espinosa has been with Three Rivers Physical Therapy several years, raised in Farmington, NM and moved to Austin TX, missing the small-town lifestyle she came back to her community. She is a mom to a joyful son they both enjoy laughter and spending time together. Natalie is a Christian and follower of Jesus Christ.

Shianne is a full-time student currently working towards her Bachelors in Psychology. She loves coming to work everyday and getting to know everyone! She is a Christian and a follower of God. When she is not at work or at school she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
Misty Byrum has been blessed to be a mother of five. Five healthy fun kids. Thank you Lord! Ranging from 6 to 21 years old. Besides attending soccer, football, archery, rodeo events and visiting her girl in college. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. She thrives on being outside in the sun, wether it be hiking or out on her boat. Last but not the least, she is going to be a NANA IN THE FALL!
